This is my go-to drink for holiday parties and loved by everyone who tries it.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pomegranate juice, chilled: Base ingredient giving sweetness and color
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda, chilled: Adds fizz and lightness
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 4 limes): Provides citrus brightness
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste): Sweetener, agave is vegan alternative
  • 1 cup fresh pomegranate seeds: Garnish and texture
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves: Fresh aromatic garnish
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced: Visual appeal and citrus flavor
  • Crushed ice: Keeps drink chilled and refreshing

Instructions

Step 1:
In a large pitcher combine pomegranate juice sparkling water lime juice and honey or agave syrup if using Stir gently to mix
Step 2:
Fill a serving bowl or punch bowl with crushed ice
Step 3:
Pour the pomegranate mixture over the ice
Step 4:
Arrange lime slices pomegranate seeds and mint leaves on top in a wreath-like pattern for a festive presentation
Step 5:
Serve immediately scooping out some garnish into each glass
