When I first made this jam-infused brunch board for a weekend gathering, it quickly became the centerpiece of our table. Everyone loved mixing and matching the jams with the different cheeses and breads.
Ingredients
- Strawberry jam: 1/2 cup
 - Apricot preserves: 1/2 cup
 - Blueberry jam: 1/2 cup
 - Honey: 1/4 cup
 - Whipped butter: 1/4 cup
 - Brie: 120 g (4 oz), sliced
 - Sharp cheddar: 120 g (4 oz), sliced
 - Fresh goat cheese: 120 g (4 oz), crumbled
 - Baguette: 1 small, sliced
 - Sourdough: 1/2 loaf, sliced
 - Multigrain crackers: 1 sleeve
 - Strawberries: 1 cup, halved
 - Blueberries: 1 cup
 - Seedless grapes: 1 cup
 - Peach: 1 ripe, sliced
 - Roasted almonds: 1/2 cup
 - Dried apricots: 1/4 cup
 - Fresh mint leaves: for garnish
 
Instructions
- Prepare jams & honey:
 - Arrange the jams and honey in small serving bowls and place evenly around a large wooden board or platter.
 - Add whipped butter:
 - Place whipped butter in a small bowl on the board.

 - Neatly place the cheeses in separate sections on the board.
 - Add breads & crackers:
 - Fan out the baguette and sourdough slices, and pile crackers on the board.
 - Arrange fruits:
 - Distribute fresh fruits in clusters for color and texture contrast.
 - Add nuts & extras:
 - Scatter roasted almonds and dried apricots between other ingredients.
 - Garnish:
 - Add fresh mint leaves for a pop of color.
