# What you'll need:
→ Turkey
01 - 7 oz sliced deli turkey breast
→ Filling (Optional)
02 - 4 tbsp cream cheese or herbed cheese spread
03 - 8 thin cucumber sticks
04 - 8 thin red bell pepper strips
→ Garnish
05 - Fresh chives or parsley, chopped (optional)
# Method:
01 - Arrange turkey slices flat on a clean surface or cutting board.
02 - Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each turkey slice if using.
03 - Position two cucumber sticks and two red bell pepper strips at one end of each slice.
04 - Firmly roll each turkey slice around the filling to form tight rolls.
05 - Stack the rolls on a serving plate and garnish with chopped chives or parsley as desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
