# Method:
01 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, white chocolate chips, and sugar until hot and chocolate is melted; avoid boiling.
02 - Sift matcha powder into a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of hot (not boiling) water, then whisk vigorously until smooth and frothy.
03 - Remove saucepan from heat and whisk in the prepared matcha mixture until fully blended.
04 - Pour the matcha hot cocoa evenly into two mugs.
05 - Skewer marshmallows and toast over an open flame, campfire, or gas stove until golden brown and slightly charred.
