# What you'll need:

# Method:

01 - Combine fresh strawberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
02 - Divide the strawberry purée evenly between two tall serving glasses.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy using a bamboo whisk or milk frother.
04 - Add ice cubes to each glass on top of the strawberry purée.
05 - Pour 1/2 cup coconut milk over the ice in each glass.
06 - Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the coconut milk to create a layered effect.
