# What you'll need:

01 - 8 slices soft white sandwich bread, crusts removed

# Method:

01 - Place bread slices on a flat surface and gently flatten each with a rolling pin.
02 - In a small bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
03 - Evenly spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each flattened bread slice.
04 - On each bread slice, stack one slice each of turkey, ham, Swiss cheese, and cheddar cheese.
05 - Top the layered meats and cheeses with several baby spinach leaves and thin strips of red bell pepper.
06 - Starting from one edge, roll each bread slice tightly into a log shape.
07 - Trim the ends of each roll to create clean edges, then cut every roll into three equal sections.
08 - Use a small star-shaped cookie cutter to cut each section into a star-shaped piece.
09 - Arrange the star-shaped roll-ups on a serving platter and optionally garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
