01 - 8 slices soft white sandwich bread, crusts removed

02 - 8 slices deli turkey
03 - 8 slices deli ham
04 - 8 slices Swiss cheese
05 - 8 slices cheddar cheese

07 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
08 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

# Method:
01 - Place bread slices on a flat surface and gently flatten each with a rolling pin.
02 - In a small bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
03 - Evenly spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each flattened bread slice.
04 - On each bread slice, stack one slice each of turkey, ham, Swiss cheese, and cheddar cheese.

06 - Starting from one edge, roll each bread slice tightly into a log shape.
