01 -  Set oven to 480°F or its highest temperature. For best results, position a pizza stone in the oven during preheating. 
 02 -  On a lightly floured board, stretch or roll out pizza dough to a 12-inch round. Move dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel. 
 03 -  In a mixing bowl, combine crème fraîche, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly blended. 
 04 -  Using a spatula, spread the crème fraîche mixture over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border at the edge. 
 05 -  Distribute shredded mozzarella cheese evenly across the sauce. 
 06 -  Layer sliced dill pickles and red onion over the cheese. 
 07 -  Place pizza in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until crust turns golden and cheese bubbles. 
 08 -  Take pizza out of the oven. Garnish with fresh dill, slice, and serve while hot.
