01 - 4 large flour tortillas (8-inch diameter)
02 - 4 large whole dill pickles
03 - 4 slices cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese
04 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

05 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
06 - 1 tablespoon finely diced red onion
07 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
# Method:
01 - Arrange the flour tortillas on a clean cutting board.
02 - Evenly spread 1 ounce (about 2 tablespoons) of softened cream cheese across each tortilla using a spreading knife.
03 - Place one slice of cheddar cheese in the center of each tortilla.
04 - Sprinkle chopped fresh dill and finely diced red onion over the cheese, and drizzle with yellow mustard, if desired.
05 - Set one whole dill pickle along the edge of each tortilla.
06 - Firmly roll each tortilla around the pickle, making sure all filling layers are secured inside.
07 - Using a sharp knife, cut each roll into 1-inch pieces or serve whole as preferred.
