Ingredients

  • Dill pickles: 4 large, whole
  • Cheddar cheese: 4 slices (or Swiss)
  • Cream cheese: 4 oz (115 g), softened
  • Chopped fresh dill: 2 tbsp (optional)
  • Finely diced red onion: 1 tbsp (optional)
  • Yellow mustard: 1 tbsp (optional)

Instructions

Prep tortillas:
Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
Spread cream cheese:
Spread 1 oz (about 2 tbsp) of softened cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
Add cheese:
