  • Fruits & Vegetables: 1 banana sliced, 1 orange peeled and segmented, 8 strawberries sliced, 1 kiwi peeled and sliced, 8 blueberries, 1 small carrot peeled and julienned, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp sunflower seeds, 1 tbsp honey (optional)
