Frozen Fruit Yogurt Bark (Printer View)

# What you'll need:

→ Dairy

01 - 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
02 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

→ Fruit

03 - 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries), fresh or frozen

→ Toppings

04 - 2 tablespoons granola
05 - 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)
06 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

# Method:

01 - Line a standard 9x13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
03 - Evenly spread yogurt mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet to a 1/2 inch thickness.
04 - Distribute mixed berries evenly over the yogurt layer.
05 - Sprinkle granola, chopped nuts, and chia seeds (if using) on top of the berries.
06 - Place the baking sheet in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours until the mixture is fully set.
07 - Break or cut the frozen bark into 8 pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
