01 - 2 navel oranges
02 - 2 blood oranges
03 - 2 pink grapefruits
04 - 2 limes
05 - 2 lemons
06 - 2 mandarins or tangerines

07 - 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
08 - 2 tablespoons pomegranate arils (optional)
09 - 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

# Method:

01 - Wash all citrus fruits thoroughly under running water.
02 - Slice off both ends of each fruit. Stand upright and carefully remove peel and white pith using a sharp knife, following the fruit's curve.
03 - Cut each fruit crosswise into thin, even rounds approximately 1/4 inch thick. Remove any seeds.
04 - On a large platter or wooden board, Arrange citrus slices in overlapping rows or form a garland pattern, alternating colors and varieties for visual impact.
05 - Tuck fresh mint leaves between some slices to introduce greenery.
06 - Sprinkle pomegranate arils over the slices, if using. Drizzle honey or agave syrup lightly, then finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt as desired.
07 - Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate. Best consumed the same day for optimal freshness.
