# Method:
01 - Set the oven to 375°F and allow it to reach temperature.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
03 - Add Parmesan, mozzarella, chopped artichoke hearts, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes (if using), and parsley. Stir until fully incorporated.
04 - Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish with approximately 1 to 1.5-quart capacity.
05 - Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
06 - Remove from oven, let cool for five minutes, then garnish with additional chopped parsley.
07 - Serve warm alongside crackers, sliced baguette, or vegetable sticks.
