Ingredients

  • Spicy soppressata: 100 g
  • Sliced salami: 100 g
  • Aged cheddar: 150 g, cubed
  • Creamy brie: 150 g, sliced
  • Blue cheese: 100 g, crumbled
  • Goat cheese: 100 g, log or medallions
  • Apple: 1 large, sliced
  • Pear: 1 ripe, sliced
  • Dried figs: 100 g, halved
  • Red grapes: 100 g, separated into small clusters
  • Pomegranate: 1 small, seeded
  • Fennel bulb: 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Baby carrots: 1 handful
  • Roasted pumpkin seeds (pepitas): 1 handful
