12 - Fresh parsley sprigs
13 - Cherry tomatoes, halved
14 - Yellow bell pepper, sliced into a star shape
# Method:
01 - In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
02 - Lay one tortilla flat and evenly spread one quarter of the cream cheese mixture over it, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges.
03 - Layer smoked turkey slices over the mixture, then evenly distribute diced red bell pepper, julienned cucumber, grated carrot, and chopped chives.
04 - Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
05 - Prepare the remaining tortillas and filling using the same method.
06 - Remove plastic wrap and slice each rolled tortilla into six pinwheels.
07 - Arrange pinwheels on a large serving platter forming a Christmas tree shape with a wide base narrowing to a point.
08 - Insert pretzel sticks at the base for the trunk, tuck fresh parsley sprigs among the pinwheels for branches, place cherry tomato halves as ornaments, and top with a yellow bell pepper star.
09 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
