11 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

13 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
14 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

04 - Arrange the Santa hats artistically on a serving platter. Fill empty spaces with cauliflower florets, broccoli florets, radishes, bell pepper strips, and baby carrots to create a festive display.
05 - Combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, chives, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
