  • Vegetables: 1/2 red bell pepper finely diced, 1/2 yellow bell pepper finely diced, 1/2 orange bell pepper finely diced, 1 small carrot shredded, 1/2 cucumber seeded and finely diced, 50 g (1/2 cup) purple cabbage finely shredded, 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives or green onions
  • Garnish (optional): Fresh parsley or cilantro finely chopped

Instructions

Step 1:
In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese Greek yogurt garlic powder salt and black pepper Mix until smooth and spreadable
Step 2:
Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface Spread a quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla leaving a 1 cm (1/2 inch) border
Step 3:

Step 4:
Gently press the veggies into the spread then tightly roll up the tortilla
Step 5:
