# Method:
01 - In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
02 - Add heavy cream, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt; blend until fully combined and fluffy.
03 - Gently fold mini chocolate chips into the mixture.
04 - On a serving platter, form the dip into two balls—one larger for the body and one smaller for the head—or alternatively, use marshmallows for the snowman’s body and spread the dip as snow.
05 - Use mini chocolate chips or gel icing for eyes, mouth, and buttons; place an orange candy as the nose; insert pretzel sticks as arms; and wrap a licorice string or fruit leather as a scarf.
