# Method:

01 - Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add beef or turkey and brown on all sides for 5 to 7 minutes.

05 - Pour in diced tomatoes and broth. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 15 minutes if turkey or 25 minutes if beef, until meat is tender.
06 - Add pasta, stir well, cover, and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and liquid mostly absorbed.
07 - Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
