# What you'll need:
→ Yogurt Base
01 - 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
02 - 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
→ Mango Swirl
04 - 2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
05 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
06 - 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
# Method:
01 - Combine mango cubes, honey, and lime juice in blender. Purée until completely smooth and set aside.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
03 - Spoon alternating layers of yogurt mixture and mango purée into popsicle molds. Use a skewer or butter knife to gently swirl the layers together for a marbled effect.
04 - Insert popsicle sticks into molds and freeze for at least 4 hours until completely solid.
05 - Briefly run the frozen molds under warm water to loosen and release the pops.
