# What you'll need:

→ Brownie Base

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
06 - 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Decoration

08 - 6 ounces white chocolate or white candy melts
09 - 2 tablespoons festive sprinkles
10 - 16 lollipop sticks or popsicle sticks (optional)

# Method:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring an overhang for easy removal.
02 - Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar until fully combined.
03 - Add eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, whisking until glossy and thick.
04 - Sift in all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
05 - Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 28–32 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
06 - Place the pan on a wire rack and allow brownies to cool completely in the pan.
07 - Remove brownies using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into 16 sticks, each approximately 3/4 inch wide.
08 - Place white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring each time, until melted and smooth.
09 - Dip one end of each brownie stick into the melted chocolate. Lay on a parchment-lined tray and immediately top with festive sprinkles.
10 - Insert a lollipop or popsicle stick into the uncoated end if desired. Allow chocolate to set fully before serving.
