# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes like a spa day in a glass, but takes less time than making toast.
  • Your body actually feels the difference—energy without the crash.
  • The ginger sneaks up on you with a gentle warmth that lingers beautifully.
02 -
  • Don't over-blend thinking it will get smoother—past a certain point, you're just heating things up and killing the bright flavors you're after.
  • Fresh ginger stored in the freezer actually peels easier and stays fresher longer than room temperature ginger sitting in your produce drawer.
03 -
  • Juice your lemon before blending, because whole lemon chunks never fully break down and you'll get bitter pith in every sip.
  • Keep your ginger in the freezer—it stays fresher longer and actually peels more easily when cold.
