# Method:
01 - Steep the butterfly pea flowers in the hot water for 5 minutes, until the water turns a deep blue. Strain out the flowers and let the tea cool to room temperature.
02 - In a pitcher, combine the lemon juice, simple syrup, and cold water. Stir to mix well.
03 - Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour in the lemonade until each glass is about two-thirds full.
04 - Slowly pour the cooled butterfly pea flower tea over the lemonade in each glass. Watch as the color transforms from blue to vibrant purple or pink when it interacts with the lemon.
