# Method:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing an overhang for easy removal.
02 - Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly mixed. Press firmly and evenly into the baking pan.
03 - Evenly sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips over the crust, followed by butterscotch chips, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts.
04 - Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over all layered ingredients.
05 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until edges turn golden and the center is set. Cool completely in the pan.
06 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and water. Stir until dissolved, then stop stirring and cook 4 to 5 minutes until deep amber. Remove from heat, whisk in butter, then slowly add heavy cream while whisking. Stir in sea salt and let cool slightly.
